Frances was great at keeping in touch with us and sent us the perfect number of updates on Abbey the dog. Abbey can get a little 'Eeyore-y' when we're away but Frances was super patient with her and just let her be her usual sleepy self. It was such a relief knowing someone responsible was watching Abbey. It allowed us to actually enjoy our weekend, stress free. We would happily recommend Frances to any other person looking for a housesitter/walker/animal friend. She was fantastic!”

Her response was to help her feel more comfortable, extra playing and even sleeping in the living room where the dog was more comfortable. She put our pet’s needs as priority one. She communicated all the time, took our THREE HIGH MAINTENANCE (goofball) DOGS on regular walks, sent us pictures, and left the place exactly as it was the way we left it. We love our dogs but love to travel too and sometimes the two don't mix well. Dana to the rescue!”

Odalys made the entire process so easy, even agreeing to a meet and greet a few days before my planned travel to make sure it was a good fit, and it was. She was very patient with me and my pups, followed the care instructions perfectly, sent multiple pictures and updates throughout each day that I was away, and was very respectful of my home. I could tell from the pics that my stranger averse pups really warmed up to her so I know what she was kind to them. I plan to book her again and would highly recommend her.
