“Swan watched my dog Yeti for a few days last minute. I relocate often for work so unfortunately Yeti doesn’t have a stable dog sitter so we utilize river quite a bit. She can be a very anxious girl but she warmed right up to Swan upon their initial meeting. When I brought her back for a few days of boarding Swan was flexible and easy to coordinate with. He sent both pictures and descriptive updates at least daily but offered them more frequently if requested. Yeti has dietary restrictions related to allergies that swan abided by. Yeti seemed to thoroughly enjoy her time in Swans care!”

She took us at pretty short notice, we had a wonderful meeting with her and her dog Mika beforehand, and we immediately felt secure with her as a person. She sent us videos/pics every other day while we were away, played and cuddled our demanding pooch, and kept us informed about how she was adjusting.
